What is myCyberBot?
An AI chatbot for websites. It answers user questions quickly, in line with your brand and GDPR-compliant – based on content you provide.
Who is myCyberBot suitable for?
For support teams, sales, marketing, HR and IT – anywhere where recurring questions need to be answered efficiently and consistently. myCyberBot will suit your needs too.
Which languages does the myCyberBot support?
Standard languages are German & English. Other languages are available on request.
How reliable are the answers?
The bot uses your shared content (RAG approach / retrieval-augmented generation). If it is unsure, it transparently refers to sources or asks for clarification.
Data delivery (sources)
What data can I provide?
PDFs and publicly accessible URLs (websites, blogs, help centres, documentation).
How do I submit the data?
Using a form provided: enter URLs and/or upload PDFs. You will receive the URL for the form after placing your order.
Are there any size or format restrictions?
Yes. PDFs up to a maximum of 5 MB per file. Other file formats will not be processed or will only be processed by arrangement.
Tips for best response quality
- PDFs should be text-based where possible (no pure scans).
- Clear structure (headings, lists, tables) and consistent terminology.
- For websites: specify canonical URLs where possible and, if relevant, the home pages of the knowledge areas.
What happens during updates?
Submit new PDFs/URLs via the form – the index will be updated so that the bot can quickly work with the latest content.
What do subsequent updates or extensions to the database cost?
Updates to the database (e.g. new PDFs, additional URLs or extensive content adjustments) are not included in the basic price. The costs depend on the scope and effort required for the desired changes and are calculated individually upon consultation. Before an update, we will discuss your specific requirements with you and prepare a quote based on this.
Contents & Training
What is the bot "fed" with?
With PDFs, web pages, FAQs, guidelines, product information, instructions and other texts.
How do I update content?
Provide new/updated documents or specify URLs – the index will be recalculated. Changes will take effect after re-indexing.
Can the bot use confidential content?
Yes, content can be integrated privately and used only in the chatbot. No public indexing.
Does myCyberBot use my data to train third-party models?
No. Your data – your rules. There is no training of external foundation models with your content.
How does the bot handle unknown questions?
He answers honestly (“I don’t have any data on that”) and can mention a fallback note (contact, ticket, form).
Data protection & GDPR
Where is data processed?
The operation takes place on EU servers.
What data does the bot store?
Only necessary metadata (e.g. questions/answers, timestamps) for quality and analytics. You can define storage periods and deletion concepts.
Is there a data processing agreement (DPA)?
Yes, an AVV is part of the usage.
Can I anonymise IP addresses?
Yes, IP anonymisation is enabled by default.
Integration & Technology
How do I integrate the chatbot?
Using a short code snippet. A launcher button will then appear on your website.
Does this work with WordPress, TYPO3, Shopify, etc.?
Yes. Integration is possible anywhere you can insert HTML/script.
Does the bot affect my loading time?
The snippet is lightweight and loads asynchronously. Content is cached.
Can I customise the design and branding?
Yes: colours, icons, texts, greetings, tone – brand compliant.
Speed & Quality
How quickly does myCyberBot respond?
Responses arrive in seconds (depending on complexity/source and your configuration).
Does the bot understand product variants and complex rules?
Yes, if these are clearly described in the content (e.g. tables, guidelines).
Can the bot display quotations/sources?
Yes, optionally with source references (URL/document + section).
Points system (mcp points)
What are mcp points?
Your usage quota for chat replies.
How much is a request worth?
Guideline value: 50,000 mcb points ≈ approx. 25,000 standard enquiries (depending on length/complexity).
What happens when my quota is used up?
You will receive a notification. You can immediately book additional mcb points (50k or 100k).
What happens to unused mcp points – can I save them or carry them over to the next period?
Unused mcp points expire after the agreed period of use and cannot be saved or transferred to a later period.
Packages & Prices
What terms are available?
- Monthly – maximum flexibility.
- Annually – more attractive pricing, easier to plan.
Are there any setup costs? What is included?
- 50,000 mcb points (≈ 25,000 standard queries)
- 5 GB content storage (websites & documents)
- 1 chatbot (DE & EN)
Additional languages, more storage/bots and extra points can be added.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, runtime, memory, languages, additional bots and mcp points can be flexibly expanded.
Security & Control
Can I define rules/blacklists?
Yes, do/don’t answer rules, word/URL blacklists and escalation logic are configurable.
Are there any backups?
Yes, regular backups are performed so that your data can be restored at any time.
Reporting and optimisation
What analytics are included?
Number of queries (requests) per day or month. Questions/answers for selected period. Analytics can be provided upon request.
Can the bot improve based on real questions?
Questions are not used directly for training the bot. If you would like to integrate additional content or questions, these can be added separately. Please contact us directly for more information.

How long does it take to start up?
Setup and configuration takes approximately 5 working days.
After setup and snippet installation, you will be live in minutes – content can grow in parallel.
Legal & Brand Identity
Can the bot display legal notices?
Yes, e.g. liability/data protection information in the info icon or welcome message.
Can I customise the bot to my brand?
Yes, it is possible to customise the bot (colours).
